How do I report a lost/damaged/stolen card and request for a replacement?

Immediately contact us to report a lost, damaged, or stolen card and request for card replacement. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Earnin app
  2. Go to the settings menu (three horizontal lines) and select Manage Earnin Card
  3. In your Card Settings, tap Replace your card and start a chat with our Earnin Care team.
