The $100 daily transfer limit (or Daily Max) only applies to earnings. It doesn’t apply to “cash” (like from your direct deposit) that you have in your account.
If you signed up for Earnin Card, you can access more than $100 per day of your earnings when you pay using the card. In fact, there’s no Daily Max when you pay with Earnin Card. You’ll only be limited up to your pay period Max and the $1500 daily spend limit on Earnin Card.
