What does “earnings reset” mean?

What’s an earnings reset? Every paycheck, your “earnings since” start over at $0. When that happens, you'll see an “earnings reset” equal to earnings you built up during the last pay period. Just think of this as an account reset — any earnings you didn't spend get reflected in your actual paycheck. And any spent earnings get deducted from your paycheck.
