Some community members have reported that when clicking on the Earnin link to vouch for another community member for a Boost, they have been directed to the App Store, and not the Earnin App. This is often a preference saved by the user for specific web domains.
We’re working on a long-term fix. In the meantime, you can follow the steps to change your preferences:
- Copy the link into your Apple Notes application on your iOS device. The text should become a hyperlink.
- Long press the Earnin app link, and a menu should pop up.
- Select the Open in Earnin option.
This should open the link in the Earnin App and save your preferences moving forward. If the issue persists, please reach out to us via chat for further assistance.

To give a Boost, you must:
- have had at least one Cash Out.
- have no failed debits with Earnin.
