1. Tap on the LET'S DO IT button and click on Didn't see your employer (blue link).
(If you need your account number, you can tap on Get account details instead at the bottom of this screen.)
2. Try to search for your employer in our list of employers. If you can’t find it, a message to try our direct deposit form will show up!
This form is for your records or your employer's records only. You are not required to fill out this form in order to complete your setup with Deposit Account.
When you click on EXPORT, you will have the ability to save the form for your records or email the form to your employer via your iOS/Android device.
