Why does the app say I have an existing EarnIn account?

If you see a similar pop-up message (see image above) in the app, it's possible that you have an existing account with Earnin.

Please make sure that you don't have an existing/old account with us that is using the same phone number or email address. If you do, please log into that account using the existing account credentials. If you forgot your password, try the reset password process.

Additionally, ensure that you don't share your phone number or email address with someone who is also using the Earnin service. If you do, please use a different phone number or email address before moving forward.
