If you’re unable to link your bank in the app, please try the following:
- Confirm if your bank is a checking account (we do not support savings and prepaid accounts)
- Log into your bank’s site with a PC or laptop and clear any pop-up alerts or messages
- Confirm if you have chosen the correct bank from the dropdown list.
- Double-check for any typos and make sure that you entered the correct bank info/credentials.
