What should I do if I'm having trouble connecting my bank?

 

If you’re unable to link your bank in the app, please try the following:

 

  1. Confirm if your bank is a checking account (we do not support savings and prepaid accounts)
  2. Log into your bank’s site with a PC or laptop and clear any pop-up alerts or messages 
  3. Confirm if you have chosen the correct bank from the dropdown list.
  4. Double-check for any typos and make sure that you entered the correct bank info/credentials.
