What is Balance Shield?
Balance Shield is a feature you can use to help your earnings work better for you. Balance Shield alerts and automatic cash outs can help protect you against low bank balances.
You can change the settings for Balance Shield alerts, automatic Cash Outs, or both. To make changes, you may head over to the app.
- Click the three dots at the top of the app home screen, then select Manage Balance Shield.
Balance Shield alerts settings:
- You can turn alerts on or off— there’s no required tip to update your setting
- You can change the balance amount that will trigger the alert.
Balance Shield automatic cash outs settings:
- You can turn Balance Shield Cash Outs on or off.
- With Balance Shield Cash Outs enabled, you can change the automatic tip amount. The tip chosen will be applied any time Balance Shield automatically cashes out for you.
