Some transactions may take up to 30 minutes depending on the card and network status.
If you notice any delays and it is not your first Cash Out, this may be an issue on your bank’s end. If the app notices an error in the linked debit card, the money may also be sent as an ACH transaction to your bank which may take 1-2 business days. The fee associated with your Lightning Speed Cash Out will not be charged if the money is transferred via ACH. We recommend getting in touch with them so they can fill you in on what the hold-up is. If you still need help, contact support.
