I’ve had a bank connection issue for a long time. What’s going on?

We use third party providers to connect to your bank, so unfortunately, we’re not in control of how often your account is updated or if there are errors. Our providers know how important time is to our customers and they work as fast as they can to resolve issues!

Sometimes banks themselves can have errors/policy changes that affect the connection too. We recommend that you re-enter your bank info into the app and make sure the info is correct.
