I’ve re-entered my bank info before but the app is telling me to do it again. Why?

Sometimes just like a phone call being dropped, we lose a good connection to your bank account! When this happens, we lose that info you connected before and we need to have that connection re-established with your permission (by you entering in your bank info again) to set it back up.

This is a simple troubleshooting step we ask for when it comes to most connection problems because it really does help us and you!
