It is likely that a refresh is needed between Earnin and your online bank. To reset the connection, follow these steps:
- Log into your online bank account using a desktop/laptop or your mobile browser.
- For the refresh to work, do not use your banking mobile app.
- Look for any pop-up messages/alerts and clear them.
- Go to Earnin app Settings.
- For iOS and Android, go to the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner.
- Manually reset your bank connection.
- For iOS and Android, follow these steps.
- If you are unable to access settings, select Change Bank option that will immediately pop up when you open the Earnin app. Once you have done that, let us know and we'll check the status of your account.
