There are several reasons why you will not be able to cash out immediately even if you're enrolled in Lightning Speed. The reasons are listed below:
- Debit card is expired or replaced: your bank may have issued you a new debit card and the one on file is no longer valid. If you have a replacement card, please enter it in the app.
- Withdrawal/Transaction limit reached: your bank might limit the number of transactions you can make per day. Please message your bank to see if the card has limits, or if they block use of the card by an outside company.
- Temporary network issue: there might be a temporary issue between your debit card and your bank. Please wait a few hours and try cashing out again.
