Why is my Lightning Speed transfer delayed?

Here’s what to do if you don’t see your Lightning Speed transfer process within minutes*

Confirm that your debit card is not expired, locked or being replaced (marked as lost or stolen). If you have a replacement card, add it within the app

Confirm your bank does not have a daily transaction limit and if they block using the card with outside companies.

Occasionally, banks put a temporary hold on transactions if they don’t recognize the sender for security purposes. Once we’re recognized by your bank, future Lightning Speed transfers should post within minutes.

If you do not receive your transfer within 30 minutes, please contact customer support.
