Why didn't I receive an email notification for Max increase or decrease?

Every pay period, the app does a Max re-evaluation for all community members. When there are changes in the Max, community members receive an email and a push notification in the app. Please check your spam/junk folder for the email and make sure that our email does not get blocked.
