Why does the app keep asking for a screenshot of the debits with the direct deposit every payday?

The message you see is often received by you on payday because we look at two things before you can cash out again:

  1. you received your recent paycheck
  2. our debits posted to your account

You are most likely seeing this message because it takes 1 to 2 business days for some banks to confirm this information. If you need to cash out sooner, you can send us a screenshot of your bank transactions showing your direct deposit and our debits. Please note that it usually resolves itself on its own within the given timeframe. We are currently working on speeding up this process, so you won't need to wait as long to cash out.
