- Your Earnin app is up to date with the latest version
If you are still unable to log in after confirming the above, please follow the troubleshooting steps listed below:
- Uninstall the Earnin app completely from your device
- In the Settings section of your device, clear the cache and cookies
- Reinstall the Earnin app on your device
- Open the app and re enter your log in information
