You can't cash out because the Automagic Earnings feature was recently approved and there haven't been any earnings calculated on your account. You should see earnings added to your account within 1-2 days of working since your account just became active, but you should see earnings automatically added going forward.
Helpful Hints
- Since you are enrolled in Automagic Earnings, you'll see earnings become available as you go to and from work. Please make sure to bring your phone with you when you go to work and leave location services turned on for the earnings to be added.
- Here’s what you should do to make sure your earnings are tracked accurately:
-Keep your phone charged
-Turn on your location services (GPS)
-Turn on app permissions
-Have constant internet connection
-Do not turn off your phone for the duration of your shift;
-Do not put your phone in Battery savings mode or Airplane mode.
