Why do you need to see a screenshot of my current bank balance when updating my account?


We never want to put your account in a position where we cause you overdraft fees. So when we manually update your account:

  • We ensure that your balance is positive so your bank does not return our debit and charge you a fee. 
  • We don't want to cause you to be overdrawn on your next payday which may happen if a negative balance plus any cash out(s) you make adds up greater than what you receive on your payday.
