Why are my earnings not updated?




There may be a few reasons why your earnings are not updating within the Earnin app. 

  • If you use our Automagic Earnings feature:
    • If your GPS is on, we may not be receiving updates from your phone when you are at work
    • App permissions must be enabled to calculate earnings
    • Automagic Earnings requires that you're working at a fixed work location and that you're a salaried or hourly employee
    • If your work type is unsupported, your earnings may not be updating with Automagic Earnings
