What are the pay stub requirements to setup my payroll on the Earnin app?


To set up your payroll, we may need you to send in a pay stub to help us schedule our transactions based on your payday. This is so we only debit you on the same day you are paid by your employer. To set this up for you accurately, your pay stub should show the following:

  • Your name
  • Employer's name
  • Pay date within the last month
  • Pay schedule or Start and End dates of the pay cycle/pay period
  • Number of hours worked
  • Net pay amount (this is your pay after taxes)

Additional Note

The Earnin app normally sets up your account automatically if you have at least two direct deposits in your bank account. The only times you would need to submit a pay stub for your account are if:

  • you want to set up a new account faster with only one direct deposit in your bank account
  • you have a new employer
  • there is a change in the way you are getting paid
  • the Earnin app is having trouble determining how you are getting paid
