Why can't I transfer out?


We know how important it is for you to be able to transfer out as you work, and we’re here to help. Here are some factors that may have delayed your ability to transfer out:

  1. Make sure the app is on the latest version
  2. Your account setup is not yet completed
  3. Your account needs to be updated
  4. Negative bank balance
  5. Previous transfer hasn't been posted to your checking account yet
  6. Pay period Max or daily Max limit has been reached 
  7. Your Earnin account is on hold
  8. No available earnings 
    1. Nature of work is unsupported
    2. Account has been recently enrolled to Automagic Earnings
    3. App location permission is disabled/off
    4. Inaccurate GPS data recognize from your phone
    5. No fixed physical work address
    6. Currently on a vacation or paid leave
    7. Unable to bring the phone/device to work or in the office
    1. Missing information on the screenshot submitted
    2. Invalid timesheet
    1. Automagic Earnings
    2. Electronic timesheet
