There are a number of reasons your earnings have not yet updated:

  • You just recently sent the timesheet in.
    • It takes about 10 minutes for the app to process your timesheet.
  • The timesheet you sent may be missing some information that we need.
    • Read more about timesheet requirements here
  • In some rare circumstances, the earnings are there but the app is delayed in displaying it on your end.
