The transfer out button will be grayed out if your account meets any of the following conditions:
- You don't have earnings to cash out.
- You have already reached your Daily/Pay Period Max.
- Your bank balance is below -$100.
If this is not the case for your account or if you have any other concerns relating to your transfer out button being gray, please contact support.
