The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) will be available to all Earnin community members. The CCPA provides the ability to request from Earnin that we:
- Provide you the categories of personal information we have collected or disclosed about you in the last twelve months; the categories of sources of this information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; and the categories of third parties with whom we shared personal information. - Provide a copy of certain information we have about you. You may find additional information about this process here.
- Delete (either by deleting information, aggregating it, or de-identifying it) certain information we have about you. Note that we may not be able to do this for all of your information. You may find additional information about this process here.
