Transfers cannot be canceled through the app. Our support team can cancel transfers in certain cases.
Lightning Speed transfers are usually sent within minutes, and therefore can’t be canceled. If a Lightning Speed transfer is delayed for more than 30 minutes, we can cancel the transfer and you will not be charged a Lightning Speed fee.
ACH transfers are sent within 1-2 business days. These transfers can be canceled if we receive your request before the funds are sent to your bank for processing.
