I received my first direct deposit in my new bank account, but the app says it's still verifying my employer and payroll info. Is there a way to speed this up?


Normally, the app requires at least two direct deposits to set up your payroll. However, we can manually set up your payroll if you have a pay stub of your direct deposit. You can send the pay stub through the app or through our 24/7 Live Chat for faster processing.
