My bank won't allow me to screenshot anything. How can I get a recent bank transaction sent to you?

For security purposes, some banks won't allow their customers to take a screenshot of their bank details or transactions. If this is the case, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. You need to login to your bank account online using a laptop, desktop or another phone and take a picture of it.
  2. Send or transfer the screenshot to the phone where the app is installed so that you can send the image through the app or via chat.
