My bank won't allow me to screenshot anything. How can I get a recent bank transaction sent to you?


For security purposes, some banks won't allow their customers to take a screenshot of their bank details or transactions. If this is the case, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. You need to login to your bank account online using a laptop, desktop or another phone and take a picture of it.
  2. Send or transfer the screenshot to the phone where the app is installed so that you can send the image through the app, chat or email us at
