To confirm your info, please log in to your bank's website (not your bank's mobile app) and double-check your answers to your security questions. Once you’re done, please open the Earnin app to re-enter your bank info and provide the correct answer to each question.
Some tips when answering security questions:
- Enter the security answers/information manually and avoid copying/pasting
- Watch out for any extra spaces
- Be careful when switching between regular and special characters
