How is money transferred between my checking account and my Tip Jar?

Tip Yourself uses Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers to move money between your checking account and your Tip Jar. This includes both new deposit transfers into your Tip Jar and withdrawals out of your Tip Jar back to your checking account.

If your checking account has been closed or is no longer available for any other reasons, you can link another active checking account for us to send your funds. However, we still need to verify your newly linked bank account for us to make sure that we credit the money to the correct one and to avoid further issues in the future.

The chart below explains the expected arrival of money added to your Tip Jar(s) from your checking account based on the day of the week and the time in which you created the tip.

Before 12pm ET on a bank day:    2 business days
After 12pm ET on a bank day:       3 business days
On bank holiday:                           3 business days

Tip Yourself is a 0% Annual Percentage Yield and $0 monthly fee service. Your Tip Yourself Account and any Tip Jars are not Savings Accounts. For more information/details visit earnin.com/tos.
