I have a new phone. How do I find the Earnin app?

Android

Please make sure you have the most current version of Android installed on your new device then follow these steps:

1. From your device's Home screen, find and tap Google Play.
2. Search and select Earnin from the Google Play search bar.
3. Tap install.
4. Find and tap the Earnin app to launch the app.

iOS

Please make sure you have the most current version of iOS installed on your new device then follow these steps:

1. From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
2. Tap Search, at the bottom of your screen, then enter Earnin.
3. Tap the Earnin app.
4. Tap GET then tap INSTALL.
5. Find and tap the Earnin app to launch the app.

Helpful hints

• If after updating your Android/iOS version and you are still unable to find the Earnin app from the Play Store/App Store, this means the app is not compatible with your current device.
