I was previously hired by a staffing agency, but I am now a regular employee. Do I need to update my pay info?


The app will not be able to recognize your direct deposit if it posts under a different description. In order to update your pay info, please contact support with a pay stub of the most recent direct deposit to verify.

Additional notes

We can only update the pay info when we see that the new direct deposit has posted, so please contact support after your payday.
