Please double-check your Balance Shield settings and make sure that it is off. To do this go to the Earnin app home screen and tap Balance Shield on the bottom portion of the screen. The Balance Shield Cash Outs option should be disabled by keeping the switch next to it set to the left and is colored grey (not blue). Tap DONE after this is set.
Helpful Hints
- The free Balance Shield Alerts option will not cash out for you. You may leave this option ON if you prefer.
