Why is the app asking to send a pay stub again when it just gave me money the other day?

Answer

There are a number of factors which could cause this:

1. Receiving your direct deposit on a different day than what was setup.
2. A recent change to your payroll.

To correct this, you need to send us a screenshot of your most recent pay stub so that we can make any necessary adjustments if needed through chat support.
