I am having trouble linking my debit card for Lightning Speed. What should I do?

Here are a few reasons why our community members are having trouble connecting their debit card for Lightning Speed.

  1. The Lightning Speed icon is not showing up in the app
  2. The app is under system upgrade or maintenance.
    • If this is the case kindly try to re-enter your debit card information on the app after one to 2 hours.
  3. Mobile device software is not updated
  4. Earnin app is not updated
