What do my bank screenshots need to show when I send them to Earnin?

There are instances where your account doesn't update right away. This can happen when there are delays with the bank transactions from our bank providers. Screenshots help us update your account manually.

A screenshot must show:

  • Your most recently scheduled deposit amount which also shows the date.
  • Last four digits of your account number (or your screenshot may show the name of your bank account linked to the app)
  • Any debits from Earnin scheduled with that direct deposit (if any)
