If you still aren’t seeing the Work Email Verification email in your inbox, please double check the following:
- Check your work email inbox’s spam folder
- Search for the sender address “verification@account.earnin.com” and look for an email with the subject line “Please verify your work email”
- Ensure that you’ve followed all the steps in the article How does Work Email Verification work and what are the requirements?
If you’re still having issues, tap on the Didn’t get the email? link on the confirmation screen.
The app will ask that you send an email to verifyme@work.earnin.com from your work email address.
If you still don’t see earnings, contact support with a screenshot of the sent email.
