Starting in October 2020, Chase rolled out a new customer management program that will require you to reconnect your Chase account on a regular basis going forward.
When this happens, you’ll receive a notification from us and you’ll be able to reconnect your Chase account to restore your connection. Also, please be sure to update to the Earnin app version 10.67 and higher.
Steps to re-connect to Chase bank:
- Go to the main Menu
- Click My Bank
- Click Update Online Banking Info
- Enter User Id and Password
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication
