Work Email Verification (WEV) offers an option for salaried workers with active direct deposits to add earnings without having to go through support to manually add earnings.
Requirements:
- Salaried employee
- Direct deposits are actively added to your bank account from your employer
- Have $0 in earnings
Here's how to verify your work email
- Click ADD MY EARNINGS
- Tap the VERIFY WORK EMAIL in your email inbox
Once verified, your earnings will be granted from the beginning of your pay cycle until today.
Helpful Hints:
- It may take up to 30 minutes for your earnings to be available and the amount that will be added to your earnings is currently capped at $200 or $50% of your most recent direct deposit.
- If your email verification is unsuccessful, you will receive a pop-up screen shown below. After clicking TRY AGAIN, you will be brought back to Step 1.
