In almost all cases, Lightning Speed transfers happen within minutes*! Occasionally if there are issues on the network that we and other companies that offer this service use, it may delay the speed of the transfer.
If you do not receive your transfer within 30 minutes, there will be no Lightning Speed fee. If you were counting on the transfer to happen more quickly than it did, please reach out to our community advocates via the in-app chat to share your feedback.
