Pay Period Max reset
If you see a message that says, “You're currently maxed out. You've hit your Pay Period Max of …”
You’ve reached your Pay Period Max, this amount won’t reset until EarnIn processes your debits on payday.

Earnings reset
The number next to “Earnings reset” is the amount of unused earnings on payday if you didn’t reach your Pay Period Max. These earnings don’t rollover to the next pay period. If you’ve been working, you’ll get three days worth of earnings on payday so you can transfer out.
Your unused earnings reset because once you receive your paycheck, you have full access to your earned wages.
I repaid EarnIn but I still can’t transfer out
If EarnIn’s debits have already been posted to your account, please contact in-app support with a screenshot confirmation that includes the last two digits of your account number.
If you’re seeing a pending debit before my payday, note that EarnIn sends the debit transactions before the actual debit date for processing.
However, we do not change the debit date from what we have your payroll set up as. For example, if you are seeing a pending transaction on a Friday, but your payday is Monday, your debits are in the processing stage and will still be debited on Monday. Learn more
