If EarnIn is unable to debit your linked bank account successfully, your account will go on hold. This prevents you from using Cash Out.
You can reschedule your debit by contacting support by 8 a.m. PT (11 a.m. ET) at least one business day before your scheduled repayment date.
Please keep in mind that if EarnIn is unable to debit your account on payday, the app will reschedule the debits for a future payday. However, if the app sees you have a high enough bank balance, the debits may be sent out for processing before your payday.
You can make a manual payment at any time by tapping the prompt in the app or contacting support. Your account will become active again when the repayment is completed.
