Your displayed in-app bank balance might differ from your actual bank balance. If the amount is below -$100, this prevents you from using Cash Out until the information is refreshed.
Banks don’t provide real-time information through our bank information partner which causes the information delay. This information automatically refreshes throughout the day.
If your in-app balance is not updated in a timely manner, you can try a few steps to refresh.
- Download the latest version of EarnIn in the app store.
- Restart the app.
- If the delay continues, try reconnecting to your bank.
Change or update bank information (iOS and Android):
- Go to EarnIn app settings (the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner of the app)
- Tap on Linked Bank Account
- Tap Change
- Select your bank from the dropdown list
- Enter your online banking username and password
