At least two direct deposits are required to update your pay dates. You may contact support to update your pay date on the Earnin app.
However, if you would like to update your pay dates sooner but only have one direct deposit, you can contact us and send a screenshot of your most recent pay stub.
If you work for a new employer, you may contact us to update this information in your account and adjust your pay schedule for you.

- Your pay schedule (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly)
- The date of your next paycheck
- A photo/screenshot of a recent pay stub that shows your pay schedule, number of hours worked, and net pay amount.
