Why can't I transfer out?

Here are some factors that may prevent your ability to use EarnIn. 

Pay history verification 

If your account isn’t set up, you won’t have earnings to transfer out. For example, If EarnIn hasn’t verified at least 2 direct deposits from your employer. Find more scenarios here: I need help setting up my account

Work verification 

EarnIn uses GPS signals to determine if you’re working, confirm that app location permissions are enabled. 

If you haven’t been going to work (office or physical location), EarnIn may not be able to verify your work stats.

Debit issues (repayments)

If there's a delay with our debits posting to your account, this can impact your access to EarnIn. If you see EarnIn’s debit has been posted, contact support to verify this manually.

You’ve reached your limit (daily or pay period) 

Depending on your state and other financial factors, your daily limit is $100 or $150. This amount resets the following day. 

You may have reached your current pay period limit ($50–$1,000). You’ll be able to access more funds again after your next payday.

Bank balance below -$100

If your bank balance is below -$100, you won’t be able to transfer out until it’s above that threshold.
