Here are some factors that may prevent your ability to use Cash Out.
Not enough earnings
If your account isn’t set up, you won’t have earnings to transfer our. For example, If EarnIn hasn’t verified at least 2 direct deposits from your employer. Find more scenarios here: I need help setting up my account.
If you rely on GPS earnings, you might not have earnings because:
- App location permissions are disabled/off
- You haven’t been going to the office (vacation, leave or work from home)

Debit Issues (Repayments)
If there's a delay with our debits posting to your account, you won’t be able to transfer out. If you see EarnIn’s debit has posted, contact support to verify this manually.
If EarnIn was unable to debit your account, your account is on hold. Learn more here: Why is my account on hold?
You’ve reached your Daily Max or Pay Period Max
Depending on your state, your Daily Max is $100 or $150. If you’ve already transferred out this amount, you won’t be able to transfer out again until the next day.
You might have reached your Pay Period Max, this ranges from $50 to $750. Once you’ve reached your Pay Period Max, you won’t be able to transfer out again until your next payday.

Bank Balance below -$150
If your bank balance is below -$150, you won’t be able to transfer out until it’s above that threshold.
