How do I update my account information (email address, phone number, name)

Phone number or email address 

You can change your phone number or email address in the app directly. 

Go to Settings > Tap your name

You’ll be sent a code to verify your new phone number or email. 

Name change

If the issue is a typo or spelling error, our customer care team can correct it right away. 

If the request involves changing the name on the account, first name, last name, or both - you may be asked to provide documentation to verify.

How do I update my mailing address in the app?

To update your mailing address in the app, please follow these steps:

1. Open app Settings. Tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of your homescreen
2. Tap on your name at the top of the settings menu
3. Select Address to update 

Once you’re done updating, please tap Update to submit the new mailing information
