What are my login options?
EarnIn offers multiple methods for login:
- Email address and phone number
- A biometric login (fingerprint or face ID) or a Four-digit pin code
- Passkey (not available for new community members)
You can change your login method at any time.

Open Settings, by tapping on the three-bar icon (
) in the lower right corner of the app.
- Tap Manage Security.
- You can toggle on your preferred login method, fingerprint, face ID or a 4-digit pin.
Follow the same process to update or disable your biometric login or pin code.
I can't log in to the EarnIn app
Here are troubleshooting steps if you are unable to login or run into errors.
- Confirm your phone's operating system and the EarnIn app is the latest version
- If you entered an invalid password more than six times, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Please try again after 30 minutes.
- If you have a VPN enabled, turn it off and try to login again
- If you aren't receiving OTP via text, check if messages are being blocked.
What is OTP?
One Time Password (OTP) is a verification code sent via email or text message to securely verify your identity when logging and making account updates. .
When you update your personal information, you will be prompted to send a code to your linked phone or email address.
If you aren't receiving OTP via text, confirm that our messages aren't being blocked.
How to unblock numbers on Android
- Open the Messages app
- Tap your profile photo or icon to open up more options
- Select Spam & blocked
- Find the contact you want to unblock
- Select Unblock
How to unblock numbers on iOS
- Open the Settings app
- Tap Messages
- Tap Blocked Contacts under SMS/MMS
- Find the contact you want to unblock
- Swipe left on the contact's number
- Tap Unblock
I have a new phone. How do I log in?
You’ll keep your existing account. Simply download the latest version of the app. After verifying your phone number and email on the new device, you can login as usual.
You can also login to your account online using a web browser. Visit earnin.com and click “Log In”
What is a Passkey?
Heads up, passkeys for EarnIn are currently unavailable. We’re working to make this feature available again.
A passkey offers a password-free login experience, serving as a more secure and user-friendly alternative to traditional passwords. Passkeys cannot be phished or stolen, and are simple to establish and use.
Please note that the process of creating and storing a passkey differs based on the application, website, or browser you're using. If you don’t see a passkey option available, it’s likely your device doesn't support passkeys. Check out iOS or Android help for more details about your device.
