Why didn't Balance Shield work?

Here’s why your Balance Shield transfer might not have worked: 

  • You’ve already reached your Daily Max or Pay Period Max.
  • You have less than $100 in available earnings (Balance Shield auto transfers require at least $100 of earnings).
  • Your bank connection is no longer working.
  • Your EarnIn account is on hold.
  • We’re unable to confirm your most recent paycheck.

If your bank account balance is below -$100, you’re not able to transfer out which may impact Balance Shield transfers.
