Why didn't Balance Shield work?

Here’s why your Balance Shield transfer might not have worked: 

  • You’ve already reached your Daily Max or Pay Period Max
  • You don’t have available earnings (and are unable to transfer out)
  • Your bank connection is no longer working 
  • Your EarnIn account is on hold
  • We’re unable to confirm your most recent paycheck

If your bank account balance is below -$100, you’re not able to transfer out which may impact Balance Shield transfers

Balance Shield transfers initiate an automatic transfer whenever your bank balance falls below $100. 

If you’re not receiving Balance Shield alerts, please contact support so we can investigate.
